(Hybrid Perpetuals) A sumptuous beauty bearing very double, flattish blooms of deep rose-pink, their densely packed petals forming a gloriously full, quartered flower of real old-rose character. Delightfully fragrant and impressively repeat-flowering, with blooms returning reliably into autumn — a quality that made the Hybrid Perpetuals so cherished by the Victorians. Introduced in 1842, 'Baronne Prévost' remains one of the finest and most dependable roses of its era.
