(Chinas) Irene Watts produces beautifully refined, very double blooms in the softest pale pink, their petals curling inward to reveal richer, deeper pink centres that give each flower a beguiling depth. Sweetly fragrant and remarkably free-flowering, this charming China rose performs with quiet tenacity from early summer well into autumn, offering an almost continuous succession of delicate, perfectly formed blooms that reward closer acquaintance with every passing season.
