(Moss Roses) Considered among the finest of all Moss roses, General Kleber produces sumptuous, fully double blooms of soft pink touched with the faintest lilac, their quartered petals nestling within characteristic mossy buds that add a charming, antique quality to the flower. The fragrance is rich and deeply satisfying, making this a rose that commands the garden in high summer. It was named in honour of Jean Baptiste Kléber, the distinguished French general of the Napoleonic era.
