(Hybrid Teas) Delicately beautiful, Ellen Willmott bears single blooms of soft cream and blush pink, their gently undulating petals arranged around a striking boss of rich golden anthers — an effect both simple and utterly captivating. Fragrant and remarkably free-flowering from early summer well into autumn, it is further distinguished by handsome purple-tinted foliage and stems. Named for the celebrated Victorian horticulturalist Ellen Willmott, one of the great plantswomen of her age and the first woman elected a Fellow of the Royal Horticultural Society.

Why grow this with Ellen Willmott?

A classic rose companion: its silvery foliage and compact habit hide bare lower stems, and it shares roses' love of full sun and free-draining soil.

    Hardy Geranium

Why grow this with Ellen Willmott?

Why grow this with Ellen Willmott?

Soft, scalloped leaves and frothy lime-green flowers make an easy edging that catches morning dew and softens the front of a rose border.
