Potted roses are supplied in a 5.5 litre pot.

(Moschata) Generous trusses of single blooms open in a breathtaking midsummer flush, each flower blushed soft pink in bud before opening to pure white with a boss of golden stamens — an effect both delicate and abundantly generous. A sweet, drifting fragrance carries well on the air, and the display is followed in autumn by a pleasing crop of small orange hips. Named in honour of Francis E. Lester, a celebrated Californian rosarian and author of the beloved rose book *My Friend the Rose*.
