Potted roses are supplied in a 5.5 litre pot.

(Modern Climbers) Vivid brick-red blooms open from neat, globular buds into loosely formed, richly coloured flowers that festoon the stems in remarkable abundance from early summer well into autumn. Set against handsome dark green foliage, the long flowering season and exceptional repeat performance make this a truly spectacular climber. Its name — 'Dance of Fire' — perfectly captures the blazing, exuberant display it delivers season after season.

Not red and came in a pink shade

I ordered red roses potted and when its come its pink roses am disappointed in the colour as I have my plants in colour scheme so the pink dosent tie in with my back garden so I have now had to put it out the front which is a shame when you pay a decent price and its not the right colour

Frequently asked questions

Bare-root Danse De Feu roses are best planted during their dormant season, from November to March, which is also when we dispatch them. Potted roses are grown in containers and can be planted at any time of year — just avoid periods of hard frost or drought, and water thoroughly after planting.

Every rose we sell is covered by our 1-year Rose Guarantee, so you can plant Danse De Feu with confidence. See our Rose Guarantee page for the full details.

Often, yes — we grow our roses ourselves and stock varies through the season, so a variety that's sold out can come back. Use the "Notify me" button above to be emailed the moment Danse De Feu is back in stock.

Danse De Feu's mature growth range is 360cm x 240cm (12ft x 8ft). Growing conditions such as soil, sunlight, feeding and pruning can affect the final size, so treat this as a guide rather than an exact figure.

Climbing roses produce fewer, larger flowers on stiffer, more upright growth, and most repeat-flower through summer with a light prune each year. Rambling roses grow much more vigorously on long, flexible canes and produce one spectacular flush of smaller flowers in early-to-midsummer, usually pruned just after flowering rather than in winter.

Danse De Feu belongs to our Modern Climbers family of roses.
