Remembrance rose

I was looking for a plant that bore my deceased dog’s name as a form of remembrance. I came across this rose and was instantly attracted by the appearance and the fact that it is fragranced was a bonus. I had to buy it as a bare root because the potted plants had sold out. I hadn’t purchased a bare root rose before and was apprehensive given its significance. The purchase and delivery were seamless. The instructions were great. I planted it in a large container and it is thriving. The flowers and beautiful. The scent is not as strong as other roses but it is good to have some fragrance.

Why grow this with Sally's Rose?

Soft, scalloped leaves and frothy lime-green flowers make an easy edging that catches morning dew and softens the front of a rose border.

Hybrid Tea roses have the classic, elegant rose shape: large, high-centred blooms carried mostly one to a stem, ideal for cutting and for a more formal look in the garden. They typically repeat-flower reliably from early summer into autumn.
