(Noisettes and close relatives) Aimée Vibert produces charming clusters of small, perfectly formed, pure white double blooms, their pristine petals carrying a delightful and persistent fragrance. Unusually for a rambler, she offers a generous repeat performance well into autumn, making her a rare and treasured beauty among climbing roses. Introduced in 1828, she was named by French breeder Jacques-Louis Vibert in honour of his daughter.
