Potted roses are supplied in a 5.5 litre pot.

(Floribundas (cluster roses)) Clusters of brilliantly vivid, double orange blooms illuminate the border from midsummer well into autumn, their fiery colour striking against a backdrop of dense, lustrous dark green foliage. Exceptionally free-flowering and admirably healthy, this is a rose that delivers bold, consistent colour throughout the season. Its name is a nod to the iconic ABBA song, bringing a sense of showmanship and exuberance that the plant itself enthusiastically lives up to.

Super trouper has a smell to it

I was too quick to review this rose . After some good care - the usual men do with roses - and a couple of days later I can now confirm there do is a fragrance to it , albeit lightly , it nevertheless rewards your light bow towards the flowers with a delicate yet refreshing smell . How the bush will behave comes to health aot , don't know as of now . Good Luck with your own super trouper .

Defeated ! Super Trouper yesterday went home with me from Lens nursery . I was sold in a snap when it sprung up in the field packed with all sorts of roses and colours . It glows like fire , as warm as a colour can be . Photos can nót capture it precisely .
The absence of smell , be it by a shower earlier on , or by itself was an hurdle . A rather prickly variety , as well .
HOWever , one advice : if you do not want this rose in your proximity , stay away from it for as soon as ST gets hold of you in full sight , it will seduce you and you're lost to it .
PS stands firm in heavy rain . It is a super trouper .

Frequently asked questions

Bare-root Super Trouper roses are best planted during their dormant season, from November to March, which is also when we dispatch them. Potted roses are grown in containers and can be planted at any time of year — just avoid periods of hard frost or drought, and water thoroughly after planting.

Every rose we sell is covered by our 1-year Rose Guarantee, so you can plant Super Trouper with confidence. See our Rose Guarantee page for the full details.

Often, yes — we grow our roses ourselves and stock varies through the season, so a variety that's sold out can come back. Use the "Notify me" button above to be emailed the moment Super Trouper is back in stock.

Super Trouper's mature growth range is 75cm x 75cm (2.5ft x 2.5ft). Growing conditions such as soil, sunlight, feeding and pruning can affect the final size, so treat this as a guide rather than an exact figure.

Floribunda roses produce large clusters of blooms on each stem rather than one flower at a time, giving a bold, continuous show of colour from summer into autumn. They're generally bushier and more free-flowering than Hybrid Teas, making them excellent for borders and bedding.

Super Trouper is a Floribunda rose.
