(Rambler) A graceful wild species rambler bearing generous corymbs of single, white blooms along long, arching, slender shoots in midsummer, creating an effortlessly romantic cascade of blossom. The flowers carry a delicate light fragrance, and the semi-evergreen foliage lends the plant year-round presence. Native to eastern Asia, this species has proven itself one of the most valuable parents in the development of many of the world's great rambling roses.
