(Floribundas (cluster roses)) Clusters of warm salmon-pink blooms, richly double and borne in generous succession from early summer well into autumn, make this an exceptionally free-flowering variety that earns its place in any garden. Its outstanding quality, however, is its fragrance — truly exceptional for a cluster rose, filling the air with a heady, lingering perfume that few of its kind can rival. The reddish-green foliage provides a handsome, burnished backdrop to the luminous flowers.

Frequently asked questions

Bare-root Fragrant Delight roses are best planted during their dormant season, from November to March, which is also when we dispatch them. Potted roses are grown in containers and can be planted at any time of year — just avoid periods of hard frost or drought, and water thoroughly after planting.

Every rose we sell is covered by our 1-year Rose Guarantee, so you can plant Fragrant Delight with confidence. See our Rose Guarantee page for the full details.

Often, yes — we grow our roses ourselves and stock varies through the season, so a variety that's sold out can come back. Use the "Notify me" button above to be emailed the moment Fragrant Delight is back in stock.

Fragrant Delight's mature growth range is 75cm x 60cm (2.5ft x 2ft). Growing conditions such as soil, sunlight, feeding and pruning can affect the final size, so treat this as a guide rather than an exact figure.

Floribunda roses produce large clusters of blooms on each stem rather than one flower at a time, giving a bold, continuous show of colour from summer into autumn. They're generally bushier and more free-flowering than Hybrid Teas, making them excellent for borders and bedding.

Fragrant Delight is a Floribunda rose.
